IS that a guy in the picture or something else? I get confused at the thing on the right. Is that a guy made of rubber, or a toilet paper dispenser?!

Yeah,
It's not as far as you might think though. That's less than 70 yards. I can throw a frisbee that far. That brings up an interesting point though. Maybe it should phrased as 200 feet upwind of shore (?). In other words, being 200 feet offshore on dead sideshow winds seems pretty overkill, right? |
