It sounds like quite a few kite businesses are coming this year unlike in the last couple. When and where is the beach demo this year? |

There is a dealer/industry demo in Clearwater Sept 17-18 and most mfgs are sticking around to do East Coast Demos afterward. The Kiteboarder will be interviewing Surf Expo vendors on the new gear on Sept 14 and 15, and either streaming the video or posting video that evening -- it all depends on the tech we can work at when we're at the show. I am calling mfgs this week so I will ask them about public demos and compile a list as I go:-) Marina |

It is my understanding that the demo this year will be on Monday at Cocoa Beach Hilton. (rooms @ 80.00/night) I also heard that some manufacturers are not coming to this demo day as it is not an AWSI sactioned event.
Any news? There is a Freak Dog Kites demo in Tampa Bay the following weekend, with a strapless clinic for local riders with the legendary Top Hat. more info on TBKA.org Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Expo;) |
