With the level of sophistication of off the shelf components, these guys could put together some pretty interesting fish. Then there is always the human element to undo things aside from technical glitches. Do do drugs, even in subs! |
Went looking around for better photos and found one, but it's not the same sub. It's a smaller one found off the same coast, almost two years ago.

Google "submarine drugs" and you'll get about 2.6 million hits. Looks like quite a bit of this has been going on for a while.
