Looking for instruction in the Carib
 
My girl friend is traveling and I have a few days/week to kill and want to take some instruction preferrably on an island in the carib. Can anyone recomend a locale with a good kite instruction program? Thanks.

Quite a few possibilities come to mind. Can you be more specific as to which island, part of the Caribbean, island attributes you are looking for?
