Where to ride on a NW?

Hi,
I have been riding in the area for almost an entire year now and still haven't been able to find a good place to ride close to Miami Beach on a NW wind. Athought it is quite rare, I was thinking some locals may have some knowledge to share?

Thanks!
Tony

Go to the Miami Flats or the Keys. The Flats are closer and very fine in strong wind. There are no good shoreside spots for NW in Miami.

What is the best way to get there if you don't have a boat handy?

Thanks.

Take a sea taxi, just like a dive charter only better. If the wind is on, so are you with square miles of calm shallow water, well offshore reducing land wind shadow effects. More about providers at:
