New IMAX Movie - Wild Ocean 3D
 

Just checked out this movie at the IMAX today. I normally try to avoid 3D movies for the funky image quality that sometimes comes with them. No real worries this time. It was an intriguing movie set along the coasts of South Africa. There are even two kites in the flick but the real stars are the native life that work the sardines schools including dolphins, sharks, whales, seals and diving sea birds. The later steal parts of the show with spectacular high speed plunges down to around 30 ft. below the surface dragging spinning streamers of bubbles. That part alone is worth checking out the movie. Add to that some large format chopper footage of the incredible raw coastline down there will get most water folks leaning forward. So, if it is an off wind day, why not see it for yourself?
