The main issue is going to be the tide. Didn't you point that out, yesterday? I do want to ride, however.

tide wont be a problem on a east wind... (except for at LP and EB)

Why not? Souths usually help, does east wind stack the bay? Oh yeah, the pier has deep water right off the shore... duh... hence sharkies.... Lol

Night riding is out of the question. Not after 2 hours of heaven. Plus, I think it might be kinda windy for night riding (safely).
Kept picking up out there starting at 6, sweet!

Roy... c'mon now... put up a smaller kite in that stuff. You are a liability. :D

i refering to the deeper water just north of the SW launch, even at low tide there is still water in there, if the wind is coming from the north then you only get to do short tacks, but with an east wind you can tack all the way to the sand bar before the channel...

Today was awesome!!! Man when I got there it was packed and dying... about 14 kites... then when it picked up to about 25 knots the spot cleared and there were only like 4-5 of us left until sunset! Thats when it got fun. Fully depowered, fully sheeted out, and still powered up on a 16m waroo! Trying unhooked tricks in that to boot. What a blast! My foot stap came off so I ended up doing jumps the last 20 minutes holding the board to my feet with one hand lol.

Danny did a spectacular kite loop and paid the price. Scott was doing some nice unhooked tricks (completely lit) and all of us were boosting beyond huge. I am still pumped up.

I briefly saw a few people I knew show up (Toby and Amber, and some others) but they cut out pretty early. Most of the crowd started before I even got there so I am sure they already got their fill.

Yeah Scott you are right, flying my 15 RRD in 25 is probably not a good idea. Then again, I could of swore I saw a red 15 RRD in the air at the same time! HMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WONDER WHO THAT COULD HAVE BEEN! LOL :D

I've seen Scott ride that 15 RRD from 8mph - 30mph.

I did a down winder with him once and it was 30+. I was LIT on a 12M waroo and he was on his 15RRD. Nice kite.

Yup, love my RRD! I rode Scotts RRD 15 once and bought one the next day! :D
