Get adequate quality professional lessons. They will cover this, there is more than one way to do it.

I am TIRED of researching fatalities and accidents. There have been so many recently with more likely on the way.

Yes, you too can be hurt or killed kiting, particularly if you try to figure it out on your own. Believe it.
