WSW Free Race/Demo Series 3/17
 

Yeehaw, Daylight Savings Time is finally here.


Watersports West and friends had a great time last year paddling on Wednesday evening doing demos and friendly racing.

This Wednesday, 3/17 we begin the tradition again. Location is still Keegan Claire Park just south of the Holiday Inn at Hamlin's Landing.

Demo's will begin at 5pm with race meeting at 6pm.

Race will be informal at first and just for fun, but our hopes is to have a set course with some rules down the road.

We are also working on SUP frisbee which has alot of potential.

Finally, we are introducing the latest SUP line from Tahoe. We feel these boards are the future of the sport specifically designed for flat water and long distance paddling/racing.

ps. You can park next to the volleyball courts on the grass and we plan a little volleyball action as well. Drink specials will aslo be available at Jimmy Iguana's bar right next door.
