Wondering when is the BEST time during the season to have an awesome session in caymen islands... Will appreciate

I would guess in the cooler months with cold fronts sweeping in off of North America. You might call some of the dive operations down there. Wind is usually a bad thing for diving to varying degrees. They should have a good idea when it blows. They get some very strong wind at time in the summer. Tropical systems including hurricanes, hazardous wind in other words.
