Sensor at SW
Hey does anyone know whats going on with the Skyway Sensor? Did it get knocked over or something?
|
Does it matter?;)
I usually average the two in red. The one up top inear the pier is usually about 10% less than the skyway. So if it is saying 10, it is probably 11 or so at the SW. The Boca Ciega one is usually close. Fact is, you never know until you (or someone you call) gets there. The two in blue are out in the "channel" but are usually hours behind. I never pay attention to the SW sensor. It's basically useless (except for Raul in March for predicting his seabreezes on his side) |
Works fine
It is still working nominally, well sorta', if you subtract about 3-4 knots,, You better subtract 40 degrees from the temperature reading as well>>>>>>>>>>>>
What isn't working is the www.ikantsurf.com hookup to the sensor http://pritchard.marine.usf.edu/PORT...0/gm01010.html :D  :D |
