3850 Gulf Blvd on st. pete beach.. just south of the public parking lot.. easy to miss.
If you are new to riding.. I would HIGHLY suggest going down to Pass-a-Grille and going to the most northern beach access (just below the Don Cesar Hotel .. big pink building).. walk north on the beach a bit .. this is typically deserted..
DO NOT kite at the public beach or at the Undertow if you are starting out.. it can be very crowded at times.
