Sounds reasonable Brad and I think we agree at least on the points in your last post. The problem is that lots of kiters could care less about precautions and will (did?) go out in conditions similar to that shown in the two images above this one.

So, it's their choice and if they get scragged, it's their lookout? Is that what happened in Ft. Lauderdale, how about Brazil. The answer is no on both counts although in radically different ways. Access and bystanders come into this in a significant way. It really isn't just "all about us." We have responsibilities that go beyond that, like it or not. Now, how to get that point across effectively? Leading by example is a start, sounds like Brad is onboard, who else?
