Go out and routinely feed wild bears, alligators or even seagulls - and you will eventually get bitten. In my mind, the fact that people aren't getting attacked at these controlled shark feeding/entertainment/make-a-buck venues just shows how intelligent and reserved sharks are. Bears (and especially seagulls) definitely aren't as well mannered.
