The BBBS kids got to go out for a paddle following the Elite and Recreational Races.
The Miami Heat Dancers came down to join in the fun but I missed their act. Was off on a boat somewhere.
Start them young, it is a good sport to grow into.
SUP will keep you in excellent shape and spirits!

Taking it easy, for now. The sprint races are coming up along with the closing ceremonies. Unfortunately, I had to grab Dr. Laura and book up north to the kids. There are lots of great images of these events on Facebook,
