Scott does have an SUP shop in the Keys. I think the problem was the guy with the board. He wasn't going to part with it without getting some cash consideration. Scott gave him a credit on a board purchase, only $100. though to keep it in reach for the actual owner. I agree it would have been better, fairer, the right thing to do if the fellow just turned it into to a local kite shop in an effort to return it to the owner. People.
