Scott sounds like you went over to the darkside with the bow kites and a Contra Wow :P Hope we catch up with you and Donna soon for some kiting either west or east coast.
I have been loving those bow kites for awhile. I have to say when I was at the Gorge I was wondering how the heck I used to ride the 8 nitro out there. I was on the 7xbow everyday except for one day on the 9xbow. I think I used to just hang on for my life out there with the nitro 8M kite. Crazy stuff would not do that now.
Also when we went to the Oregon coast I had no problem in the waves and was on the 7xbow the whole time. I think it was about 18-25 and surpisingly it was great in 18 and if it had picked up to 30 I would still be fine. 35+ is no fun for me even on the 7 cuz all I do is ride around with arms out as far as they go :shock: I don't think I would have been able to ride on the Oregon coast on the C kite.
