I am glad that UG put up a good response. I really didnt want to fall into all of this but I am shoping for a new light wind board and just wanted to wait until we got the facts. I love UG boards and personally I have never broken one. Heck I own two of the 06 FLX and love them to death. Hopefully I will never break one, but if I do I think UG will uphold there warranty. I mean if they thought the board was broken because of abuse, at least they where cool enough to offer him a discount on another board. Heck what do I know, at least we know that the local shops still want to help out when crap happens. Props to WSW, also to EK because you know they would have done the same thing to help a rider out.
