I have actually never been approached at Lassing but that is perhaps because I ride there with people who are more known than myself (I won't name drop). Or it could be because I most of the time engage the conversations in a attempt to meet new riders and most of the time this conversation is how people find out that I have taken lessons and how long I have been riding and so on.

The main concern is I guess awareness. I will only ride the skyway out of the east and this is only because the tide is usually too low for my comfort at lassing, and I have never kited at backside(except for lessons).
So as a group we just have to keep pounding out our concern for safety and riding spots. Eventually everyone should comply because they will get tired of hearing us
