Hey, Rick.

Our Big Wed looks like this Sunday! 25-30mph!! NW, hopefully more N than W, or the turbulence wil be wicked.

Our fronts have been super wet. I caught a few days, but we got too much W, and gusty turbulence.
I did take the Spirit 14 foil out in the rain one day and I was suprised. Foils usually suck in the rain. Had a fun time surfing 1m shore break in ESE. I carefully checked the weather.com radar map before going out, then waited until I could atleast see the sunny spots moving towards shore.
Anything that looked solid and dark, I landed and waited for it to pass.
Everything was moving so fast, very interesting day!

Speaking of Big Wednesdays, the news of Hawaii should be interesting.

I wish Laird would be able to test the foilboard ocean swell theory.

Imagine helicopter slinging wave runners far off shore and towing into swells and riding long before they break. Years ago I watched huge swells from the high vantage point cliff above Waimea, where the evenly spaced swells could be seen to the horizon, way before even getting near to breaking.

We just got our first hard frost, but sunny 50-60s the next few days. Going to try the bay tomorrow early morning 15mph hopfully. Getting ready for big Sunday!
