I've never ride'n a contra, But I'm sure a 23.5m is WAY to much kite for 15-20kts
BECAREFUL there are TOO many good days comming to go and get yourself all busted up.

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for some~kinda wind out of this system, Although it does'nt look very promising..... I'll believe it when I see it.
