One of the main challenges in this specific case is that I was on the beach with one other person that I knew. He was still on the water when I came in and the other 2 violators had launched a quarter mile up the beach and were still out on the water.
1) I had no support/group
2) I eventually had to leave
In an area like our gulf beaches where we have so much real estate its hard to cover/try to enforce non-official rules to a bunch of jackasses, yeah I said it.
