I hope you are right about the wind Kevin. There could be thermal winds that are often not predicted by the NWS. Still, the current forecast looks light.

They get some great waves up that way so many guys hit the ocean. I would avoid crowded areas like the pier and try to hit areas beyond the guarded beaches. I would NOT go to Kelly Park for kiting on the Intracoastal Waterway. It is tight and we have been courting a ban there for years.
