I hope you are right about the wind Kevin. There could be thermal winds that are often not predicted by the NWS. Still, the current forecast looks light. http://www.srh.noaa.gov/mlb/

They get some great waves up that way so many guys hit the ocean. I would avoid crowded areas like the pier and try to hit areas beyond the guarded beaches. I would NOT go to Kelly Park for kiting on the Intracoastal Waterway. It is tight and we have been courting a ban there for years.
