"KITE 4 GIRLS 2006 : J-3 DAYS
To all Sponsors, Riders and spectators,
J -3 before our Annual Kitesurfing Contest this coming saturday , April 8th at Crandon Park , Key Biscayne
Can't be more lucky for the the wind as you can see in the following forecasts:

12 to 15 knots from the SSE are ideal to throw a perfect race and guarranty the show on the water. It's also the best direction we could expect for safety with a Side shore wind blowing away from the swimming area. However , If the weather pattern changes within the next couples of days and no wind is forecasted for Saturday , we will keep the option of postponing the Event to the following Week End.

For Sponsors that has booked a tent: plan on getting there by 9.00am to set up your booth. Remember: Banners and stickers only within or on top of your tent area
For riders entering the boardercross : plan to register by 9.00am on the beach or online right now ( refund automatic via paypal if no wind ) as we will start the heats right away to get the best of the wind that day. Remember : all level of riders are welcome , pro and intermediate, we want everybody to have fun.
For all other kitesurfers who plan on riding without entering the contest : make sure to comply with The park Regulations :
Get your IKO card level 3, and Sign up at the IKO booth that day - Independant level rider only. Particularly that day !
Wear your helmet and the wrist band that will be given to you when you sign up.
Stay clear from Contest zone during heats.
Respect the set up and Launching area and any annoucements and directives during the Event.
Make sure to check also the directions to Crandon Park North Beach: a sign will be posted at the gate entrance for direction to the Event parking lot. Get your $5( per car) ready at the toll, could not waive the Fee, sorry, it's part of the park regulations.
