Yes, in less wind than that and with a 5 m two line kite. It was all I had for about a year and a half back in the day. The trick is to have a really large directional board! Longer lines help as well.

Doing it today with a flat kite, normal line lengths and realistic twin tip at 190 lbs., not likely . As I recall Bruno is pretty light which might help.
