Hello all,
I'm a photographer in the SF Bay Area. There are a number of great places to shoot kiters in my immediate neighborhood but on of the best - 3rd Ave in San Mateo is right on my way home from my day job.
From the Bridge I cross to get home I can see when the bay is lit up and photos are there to be had.
