The Kitehouse Cayman Islands is partnered with Ocean Frontiers Dive shop and does offer fractional ownership of the condos located on site, called Compass Point (
www.compasspoint.ky). Better than timeshare, cause you actually own a title to the property. They are in pre-construction for their phase 2 set of condos.
