Are kiters deemed the enemy here yet?
Checkout the following http://www.miamikiteboarding.com/NewRulesforCrandon.htm for all the rules. Miami Kiteboarding is administering access. Some of the things you need:

1. PASA or IKO Level III certification
2. Insurance, I think you can buy it just for the day from Christophe if you like
3. I think helmets are still required but may or may not be enforced. Sort like if no one makes you brush your teeth, do you?
4. There is supposed to be a max of 25 riders out which I think might be enforced.

The greatest enemy we have ever had at Crandon for years, evidenced by these requirements, IS OURSELVES! This holds true in most places, a bit of restraint can go a very long way.
