I was there in July a few years ago. It was great! What part of PR will you be traveling to? There is a writeup about La Parguera at:
http://fksa.org/viewtopic.php?t=103 I think between the trades and thermal wind amplification off the SW coast, they might actually do better than Cabarette at times for wind there.
