No worries, it is well worth emphasizing the point. Some may not take it that seriously, until they are forced to. It isn't that hard to get hurt in this sport, lots of us have done it and more than once. Chop your factor of safety to nothing by rigging too big and get ready to be dropped in it. Folks are getting excited about riding in the Keys. Better rig right for things down there, they usually run 5 kts. more than the SE mainland. Take away waves and you have even more effective kite power. Of course the SE mainland is supposed to be 20 to 25 kts., it was that high tonight btw. Could be more tomorrow. Have a fun, safe weekend!
