iwindsurf forcast is looking accurate for Fort Walton Beach North winds.
Today the straight N wind was ridable and steady compared to the extremely gusty NW we've been getting.
If the prediction holds up, we'll have excellent N NE winds, minimal turblence, through the week, then clocking back to a strong gusty NW for Sunday. As long as it's not WNW, it will be ridable but still gusty.
I'll be starting work early this week to get a couple/3 hours after work.
Leeside has a new beach! The state has been working hard on pumping sand out of the channel and building up the bay beach park. The sand is filtered, then they grade and smooth it out, nice and clean. Execellent launch spot now!
