I would call AJ with Kitetricity in the Melbourne area and Scott with Extreme Kites in St. Augustine to see if you can set something up for this weekend. They may book out some time in advance so I would call/email them soon. Their contact information appears at the top of the NE Florida forum under "Florida Guide."
