Get in touch with Paul Menta with kste.net in Key West. His operation is described in the article and should be able to get you to the riding flats and provde training for your wife all in the same trip from the houseboat and chase boat. I think he is running all his classes in the flats these days and no longer on the beach. It is a nice way to go as you can see in the photos, I was happy with the way the images came out.
