Thanks for the word Joe and all success with your endeavors. It is ironic about the Cabarete effort, it has been a problem for sometime and your solution sounds like a good one. I would think the businesses in Cabarete Bay might have funded something like this independently years ago to preserve business and reputation for the destination. Still, if outside donations are needed, go for it and hope it works out well.
