Congratulations, that is a long time and a world away in some respects. The wind season has been particularly light and may be ending sometime in May or June? That is what usually happens then again, this has been a different sort of year so who knows.
There are lots of places to ride in the area, the main thing is to stay beyond 100 yards offshore of any guarded beach with a kite up and to avoid complaints.
Guys not doing this have put some serious pressure on kiting access in Boca Raton and elsewhere for that matter. Riders on downwinders coming from other areas seem to forget this basic requirement of riding most places in SE Florida as well. That leaves a lot of beach area. Some ride south of Palmetto but the area is quite small handling few kites and there is a problem riding too close to shore in the guarded area. There is an area north of Spanish River, really in Highland Beach. There is also Delray, about 400 ft. south of Casurina Road and north and south of the small guarded area just north of Linton. Further to the south there is NE 16 St. in Pompano Beach.
