INTRACOASTAL WATERS CHOPPY IN EXPOSED AREAS. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS.

SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT

If you are new, still working on water starting or going upwind, head south and grab a boat out to the Flats of Miami, hit the Keys, or sit this one out. You don't want to try to work on this stuff in 20 kt. onshore winds in 6 ft.+ waves. Have fun, avoid the squalls and remember onshore winds have a much higher injury rate than any other direction. It is a lot easier to have your board driven into you by a wave, get smashed over and mess up something in your leg while working to edge out through large breaking waves. Guys that ride in sheltered water, forget about the waves!
