How large are the holes? For minor perforations in non-critical areas you can use adhesive sail repair tape. You can get it at West Marine, make sure the patching area is clean and dry.
The best way to deal with this is with a professional repair. You may end up with a patch that doesn't fit in with the surrounding material. Miguel is probably closest to you for kite repair work near Matheson,
