KNOW Your Weather!
MOST kiteboarding accidents are weather related. Knowing what weather to look for and to avoid is critical knowledge for all kiteboarders. Quite a few ideas are presented at the following links:

Is there a specific website/source to use when looking at wind direction, speed, and surf for anywhere in the US?
Also if there is such a source what is the best type of weather/wind/surf to go out in to where it's safe and most enjoyable? Thanks. |
