What a week of racing. These guys rode hard for five days of tough racing. My hats off to all that were involved in this event and I hope I can make it back next year.

Thanks for posting the link. It seems to be down, perhaps it is a problem at their server. I tried doing a quick search on their site but didn't come up with any hits for kite, us kite nationals. We don't have to be signed into your account do we? Hope not, would like to check out your shots.

Thanks for sharing all the great shots Clew in! I can appreciate the amount of work in taking the images, uploading them and getting over hickups on the Internet, believe me.

Just a quick note that your Floridians came to the SF Bay to REPRESENT! Very impressive results you guys. There's always next year...

Well done indeed, even in the thick neoprene! Four of the Top Ten (or so...) from the Sunshine State. They were: LeRoy (1st overall), Modica, Marinkovic and Gebhardt. Fast boys, every one. As they said at the awards ceremony "Shout out to the East Coast!"

WAY TO GO! I know some of the guys have been focusing on the degree of skill advancement on the left coast with the convenient night and day higher wind race venue. Lot of talent out that way but the Florida folks did us proud yet again! Thanks for posting Fearlu.



Melissa Gil made 23rd in the combined field of expert male and female riders.

Wonder how things will work out next year?!
