Summer Lessons
Hey Guys,
I have been lurking for years and am on my second training kite and finally bought my set up as the wind dies. I am interested in getting lessons this Summer, so I can be ready for the season come Fall. Can anyone recommend a location to travel to by car where the winds are acceptable for training this Summer. I have every other week off and tons of Hotel points, so I would not mind driving someplace. Thanks! |

Great, Thanks. Any schools you would suggest in South Carolina?

Dan Floyds operation is http://www.oli-nah.com/ Isn't SC light light like Florida in the summer months? I thought things don't start to fill in until a bit further north in NC and the Outerbanks.

it is light even up all thru NC, but something funky happens around Isle of Palms.
For some reason they get these 20kt afternoon thermals, don't ask me why. Thermals aren't a guarantee. If you wanted that then move to the West Coast or Carib for summer
