Jay, your heart was in the right place. Russky and I caught it yesterday (Saturday) evening and it went off. We caught at least an hour of 20 before the lightning from a monster thunderhead to the south chased us off of the water.
As it was going off yesterday, I was surprised I didn't see either you or Billy around. You guyz are always scoping out those sessions. |

It cranked last night at LP, 18-25 for a few hours then lightened up around 11. I was on standby at LP tonight around 8 and was surprised there wasn't a repeat of last night, the lower level clouds were moving pretty fast but the ground wind was 12 tops.
I believe todays thunderstorms cooled the land down this afternoon weakening the land breeze after dark. |

Steve, Billy P. and I also got to ride Saturday afternoon when it picked up at Shell Island. We were camping out there and had a blast! Got to really try out the ION and I liked how it jumped, just need to fine tune my technique a bit and I'll be having a blast jumping! Tammy, Tiff and Amber got some good pics of us riding too!!!
