2007 RULES FOR MATHESON
THE TITLE OF THIS POST LOOKS APPEALING, BUT THE RULES HAVE NEVER CHANGED. LET'S PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING...
When launching and landing your kite it MUST be done beyond the white buoys. EVERYONE should connect kite lines on land, roll up lines on the bar, and proceed to walking beyond the white buoys for launching the kite. If you can't do this alone, ask for some one to WALK with you. On behalf of myself and anyone with BIGKITE, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS for launching and landing kiters on onshore winds.
