I have to admit, while handle passes and stuff definitely earn some respect, I am also far more impressed by a triple kite loop 40 feet up.
My theory is that if these HUGE kiteloops were so easy, we would see them happening more often. You can find hundreds of handlepass videos but when one of these videos plays it gets everyone's attention. Getting slammed from a powered unhooked handlepass kite loop 5 feet up is one thing, but getting stuffed from 40ft up at full tilt and HOOKED IN after a mis-timed explosion of raw kite loop power seems pretty serious to me. Maybe it's not as bad as it looks, but I think it probably is. |

I like it. Jumps better than ever, and has a huge range. Launching and landing is easy as pie
Kiteloops on the 16 though hurt like hell. Went waaay higher and faster than expected and got body checked. I think I could do them I just need to get used to the powerband and commit. I am wainting on my 15cm bar before I try them again... the 45cm bar made the loop waay to big and powerful. |
