i mean the part about:

~It is open to all kiters to enjoy to the fullest (within the limits of the law!) Please note that there is a limited number of kiters daily, except during special events. Kiters traveling downwind are welcome to stop by, take a break and share the stoke! The Beach Trolley stops right in front of the house.
