Default control bar for 06 warhoo q

my friend got an 06 warhoo used and it came with an older slingshot bar she is a beginer and the depower is not that good on that will a 05 cabrihna recon 2 bar from my old contra work with that kite?

No, do not use the recon bar on that. if she activates the recon on a non-recon kite she will be in a world of hurt

As Raul says, the two are totally incompatible. RECON was a special design intended for use only with RECON kites. Aside from that the leader lines would be way too short. Take care of your friend, set her up with a compatible bar. Most old C kite bars won't work with flat kites because of the short leader lines and other factors.

Would a slingshot turbo diesle bar with an 06 waroo? any pros/cons?
