It was a bit stronger tonight, 20 to 25 kts. gusting a bit higher. Waves are getting larger, seasons on! Should be even more so tomorrow. Rig those small kites!

I went out tonight on a 7 m for the first time this season. It was a bit light at points, stronger at others. What a difference size (and tuning) makes on bar pressure. Started with the arsenal of wrist guards but with the speed of the kite was a pain in the butt, too confining, even dangerous. Ended up coming in and taking the lot off. The kite has such low bar pressure it hurt far less this time unlike the larger kites particularly when they are trimmed for max angle of attack in lighter winds.
I didn't see anyone else out. Must be too sore from the weekend?! Should be another day in this system.
