MIAMI KITE MASTERS 2009 - May 16th & 17th

The 2009 Miami Kite Masters will be run on MAY 16 & 17th 2009 in Crandon park , Key Biscayne.

Very high demand this year again for the event to happen, as one of the biggest gathering of the florida kitesurfers community since 2004. A full weekend of competition in our beautiful and ideal flat water conditions of Crandon Park.

Due to a busy schedule of races this year we decided to hold it until May in an effort not to conflict with other races locally.

Program of the 2009 Masters:

- COURSE RACING
- FREESTYLE

Open to Men , Women, Youth (-18)

There will be also a SLIDER EXPRESSION Contest for expert riders only with proven experience of SLiders. Since the one we put out is fairly "technical ".


And for the public and spectators, as every year :

- Kitesurfing discovery clinics all weekend
- Sponsor exhibits, and booth sales
- Gear Demo
- Paddle board races
- After party @ Joe's tiki bar.


Riders Registration starts next week .

Competitors Entry Fees :

- Online pre-Payment ( set up soon )
$ 30 for one contest ( Either Racing or Freestyle)
$ 50 for both contests

- Payment on the days the Event :
$40 per contest

No Wind Policy : Event stays on but Competitors will be refunded the Entry Fees minus 10% for administration process.

Pre-registration starts now by sending your Name, Age, Category and Contest choice to Agata@miamikiteboarding.com
You will then receive a link to complete your payment online.
