It is easy to avoid problems at 13th Street. There is a sign posted there with the rules. Follow them and encourage other riders to do the same, our problems will likely vanish.

If you want to kite inside 100 yards, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE WHERE THIS ISN'T A PROBLEM ... or, ride north of Hillsboro Inlet, well north of the beach club there and have fun. Just avoid annoying any of the few millionaires that might be on the beach and you should be fine. If there are people on the beach, ride a bit further down to where there are none. If we play it right, this should solve a lot of problems.
