Default WIND and WAVES!

I wouldn't call this a normal start to the season, that falls to the cold fronts when they crank up again. Still, it has been pretty nice with good swells and even some strong wind at times. If we could have this without the risk of having the crap whooped out of us by hurricanes, I would ask for regular scheduling. Don't think they're taking requests anyway. It wasn't even hard to avoid squalls in my section of coast. At least when I chose to go out.

How did everyone else do over the last few days?

Hey Rick,

Saint Simons Island, Ga. was very light wind on Saturday; however, 17meter and the Door did the trick and wind was all day long. Sunday was a little stronger 13-15mph and got a little stronger later in the day and again all day long.

Hey Clew In,

Glad you got out. Seems like you may have a bit more than 17 m weather at some point soon. Hope it doesn't turn out to be .05 m weather either. It is going again down in the SE today.

Have fun out there!

Looks like the wind may be coming back to the SE coast tomorrow. How was it elsewhere today?

It's been BOMBING here in Palm Beach County!! 14m & 10m's w/surfboard's riding in chest high to 2ft overhead East wind swell and it doesn't look as though it's gonna stop anytime soon.

Gustav and Hanna have been very~very good to South FL

Ike on the other hand, looks pretty damn at the moment.
