Default Kiting in Port St. Lucie

Hello,

I'm flying into Florida staying in Port St. Lucie area between Dec.23rd and Jan.4th. What are wind condtions around this time of year?

Should I bring a 9m or 12m? Wetsuit?

Can anyone pls recommend a reputable kiting school. I am at beginner/intermediate level however I still require assisted launching and supervised riding on flat shallow water conditions.

I will also be in the Miami area for a few days around Dec.30th, maybe as far south as the Keys.

thanyou in advance
